1. Introduction
Welcome to AKME Cinema. Akme Cinema™ is owned and operated by Akme Music and Movies®. Content on the platform is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of 18% GST. All films on this platform are self-certified as per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, including services such as film rentals, digital badge purchases (Thanks Button), and access to exclusive content. By using or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Payment and Order Processing

• We accept payments via Phonepe PG, Cashfree Payments processed securely through trusted payment gateway.
• In case of any technical interruption during payment, please contact our support team.
• Please note: Badge purchases are available only to logged-in users.

3. Services

• All film rental services will be provided as described on our website.
• If a user rents or purchases more than one plan (720p, 1080p, or 4K) for the same film within 48 hours, access will be granted in the highest available quality or resolution. Any lower-quality plans, if active, will be deactivated within 24 hours. If you face any issues on the streaming page, please contact us for support.
• AKME Cinema offers various membership badges that grant access to exclusive content and benefits. Badge features and benefits may be updated, modified, or discontinued at AKME Cinema’s discretion. While badge ownership is lifetime, associated benefits may change over time.
• We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features of any digital badge or content offerings at any time.
• Some badges provide time-limited access to premium content (e.g., 3 months or 1 year).
• Access to age-restricted content (18+) requires user age confirmation.
• Any changes to badge features will apply to all badge holders, including existing contributors.
• If a user purchases the Super Supporter or Legendary Patron badge, or contributes ₹500 or ₹5000, their existing rental plan will be removed, and all AKME movies will be activated based on the premium access associated with the badge, as per the movie access validity mentioned in the badge.
• After a contribution of ₹500 or ₹5000, premium movie access will be activated within 24 hours. Please wait for up to 24 hours or contact our Support team if you need assistance.
• If both ₹500 and ₹5000 contributions are made, the premium access associated with the higher contribution will be considered valid. The lower-tier badge and its basic access will remain active, but movie access will be granted based on the highest applicable plan.
  
  Rental Terms:
• Access Period: Rented content is available for 48 hours starting immediately after purchase.
• Concurrent Logins: A maximum of 4 logins per day is allowed per account.
• Session Persistence: Selecting “Remember Me” will keep you logged in for up to 24 hours. After this, you must log in again.

4. No Refund & No Cancellation

• All payments for badge purchases and digital content rentals are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, cancellation or refund will not be allowed.
• Users should carefully review all product and service information before making a purchase.
• If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact our support team for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve such issues, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

5. Delivery and Shipping Policy

• All digital products will be delivered via email or made available on the website.
• Badges and membership benefits will appear in the Contribution section of the Profile menu for easy access and exploration.
• Film rentals will be listed in the My Account section, where users can find Rental details and Direct access links to the films.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must not engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information.
• Users must keep their login credentials confidential. AKME Cinema monitors login activity to prevent misuse.
• Users are permitted to log in a maximum of 4 times within a 24-hour period. If the login limit is accidentally exceeded, users must contact our support team via the Contact Page or WhatsApp for further assistance.
• If a user gets logged out after closing or leaving the browser, they should check the “Remember Me” checkbox at the time of login to stay signed in.

7. Cloudflare Turnstile

Our website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam and bots. This service is provided by Cloudflare and may collect cookies, user behavior data, and IP addresses.
By using Cloudflare Turnstile, you agree to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Contribution-Based Access & Digital Badges

• Users can voluntarily support content via the “Thanks AKME, Support” buttons, which is available only to logged-in users.
• Each contribution tier provides digital badges and exclusive access and other benefits as described on the platform.
• These badges are currently offered as lifetime benefits, but AKME Cinema reserves the right to modify or add/remove features from any badge tier for future improvement or security at any time, with or without prior notice. Purchasing a new badge will renew or upgrade your benefits accordingly.
• AKME Cinema does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent access to any specific content or feature.
• By contributing via the Thanks AKME or Support button, you agree that your first name, last name, city, contribution badge, date of contribution, and contribution amount may be publicly displayed on Akme Cinema’s Contributors Wall for recognition purposes. No other personal information will be shared. You may request removal of your information at any time by contacting us.

9. WhatsApp Communication & User Consent

• We may collect WhatsApp numbers during user registration or order placement.
• This number may be used to send updates, new film releases, or platform-related announcements.
• By providing your WhatsApp number, you agree to receive communication from AKME Cinema on that channel.

10. No Advertisement & Partnership Policy

• At AKME Cinema, we are committed to providing pure, uninterrupted storytelling.
• We do not allow any kind of advertisements, brand placements, or sponsored content in our films or on our OTT platform.
• We do not engage in brand partnerships, promotions, or paid collaborations of any kind.
• Our content is entirely independent and created with the sole purpose of delivering meaningful, authentic stories — free from commercial influence.

11. Exclusive Content Policy

• All content available on this platform is the original intellectual property of Akme Music and Movies®.
• This platform is exclusive to Akme’s productions.
• We do not accept or host films, videos, or any content from third-party artists, companies, or creators.
• Only content created, produced, or owned by Akme Music and Movies® is published or will be published on this platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any dispute, Akme Music and Movies will have the final decision.
• Any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Rajasthan, India.

13. Disclaimer & Age Restriction

• Some films available on Akme Cinema may contain violence, strong language, or mature themes. Viewer discretion is advised.
• By purchasing and viewing content on this website, users confirm that they are 18 years or older (if required for specific content).
• AKME Cinema is not responsible for any emotional, psychological, or legal impact caused by viewing the content on this platform.
• All content on this website is provided “as is” without any guarantees.
• Higher contribution badges may unlock premium movies, including films rated U, UA, or A/18+.
• Users must confirm their age eligibility while renting or accessing such content.
• Age verification checkboxes are in place at checkout and must be acknowledged before access is granted.
