2. Non-Refundable Items

- Digital content and streaming access
- Digital badge contributions and associated benefits
3. Refund Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- If the user was charged twice for the same item.
- If there is a technical failure on our side (e.g., content not delivered due to server error).
To initiate a refund request, users must:
- Contact support within 48 hours.
- Provide valid proof (e.g., bank statement, payment receipt screenshot).
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Digital Streaming Rentals
- Films rented via AKME Cinema’s digital service are accessible for 48 hours from the time of purchase.
- These rentals are non-refundable once streaming access has started.
- If users are unable to access the rental due to a verified technical issue, they must contact support immediately.
